The Executive Advisor acts as a strategic consultant and lead facilitator for executive-level client engagements. You’ll manage the full lifecycle of briefings—from internal alignment and agenda design to leading high-impact, in-person sessions and capturing key outcomes.
This role would be a great opportunity for someone seeking something part-time and operate as a consultant as the role calls for 40-60 hours/month
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Alignment: Partner with internal account teams to understand client objectives, business metrics, and desired outcomes to shape impactful briefing strategies
- Executive Consultation: Lead client-facing planning sessions to uncover priorities, refine goals, and co-create tailored briefing agendas
- Content & Speaker Curation: Develop compelling, customized agendas and align internal subject matter experts to deliver relevant, high-value discussions
- Cross-Functional Preparation: Facilitate internal prep sessions to ensure alignment across stakeholders, messaging, and session objectives
- Executive Facilitation: Lead full-day, in-person executive briefings—guiding discussions, synthesizing insights, and ensuring a seamless, high-impact experience
- Insight Capture & Follow-Up: Document key takeaways, action items, and strategic opportunities to support ongoing client engagement
- Thought Leadership Delivery: Present select executive-level content, ensuring alignment with client needs and integration across sessions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in consulting, facilitation, or client advisory roles with executive-level stakeholders
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into impactful client engagements
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead complex, high-visibility meetings with confidence and credibility
- Experience managing multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment (ability to scale to ~5 engagements/month)
- Highly adaptable with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to pivot in real time
