What You’ll Do

Role

In this role, you’ll serve as the first step in the invoice review process before invoices move to the AP processing team. You will:

• Review invoices within the Rillion Data Capture system
• Verify invoice information is captured correctly
• Correct missing or inaccurate fields such as:
• Vendor information
• Invoice numbers
• Dates
• PO information
• Tax amounts
• Total invoice amounts
• Use repetitive review and correction processes to help improve AI/data capture accuracy over time
• Work closely with the AP team to ensure invoices are ready for processing and payment
• Maintain strong attention to detail in a high-volume environment (approximately 200 invoices daily)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior Accounts Payable or invoice processing experience is helpful but not required
• Experience with ERP or invoice systems is a plus
• Familiarity with Lawson or similar systems is beneficial, but training will be provided
  
  

Schedule

• Flexible part-time hours available (5-8 hours/day)
• Start time around 8:00 AM
• Earliest start: 7:30 AM
• Must finish by 4:30 PM
• Target start date: Week of the 18th
  
  

This role is expected to last approximately 3 months, with reassessment based on business needs following system stabilization

The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
