Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage high volumes of electronic invoices (75-100 per day) through 3-way matching for operations across the U.S., Canada, and manufacturing plants
- Utilize SAP platforms (FUSION, Wise, or Canada platform) to ensure accurate and timely payment processing
- Act as an Accounts Payable Champion, promoting compliance with internal financial policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, and external vendors, to resolve blocked or parked invoices
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and conducting vendor statement reconciliations
- Leverage OCR tools, preferably ReadSoft, for document recognition and invoice automation.
- Apply advanced Excel skills, including vLOOKUPs and pivot tables, to analyze and manage data effectively
- 2-4 years of accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment
- High School Diploma required; college degree preferred
- Strong working knowledge of SAP and OCR/document imaging systems (e.g., ReadSoft) highly desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel (Intermediate/Advanced)
- Ability to work overtime during peak periods such as month-end close
- Previous experience in the consumer products or manufacturing industry is a plus
