We're partnering with a highly regarded TMT-focused private equity firm in Boston that is looking to add an Associate to its investment team.
The firm has built a strong reputation for investing in high-quality TMT businesses across the lower and middle market, with an active investment pace and a collaborative, lean team where Associates are given meaningful responsibility from day one.
The role offers exposure across the full investment lifecycle, including:
• Evaluating new investment opportunities and conducting commercial and financial due diligence
• Building complex LBO and operating models
• Working directly with senior investment professionals and management teams
• Supporting portfolio companies on strategic initiatives and value creation
• Assisting with deal execution, financing processes and exit preparation
Ideal candidates will have:
• 2–5 years of experience in investment banking (preferably TMT/Software M&A), private equity or a related investing role
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities
• A genuine interest in software investing and technology businesses
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
