Zip Rider Supervisor
Pay: 55k-65k a year, dependent on experience.

Summary:As the Zip Rider Supervisor, you will report to the Adventure Excursions Director and will be responsible for all aspects of operating successful tours in their assigned Independent Business Unit. Furthermore, you will be responsible for reporting tour activity to management and holding your team responsible for the highest quality customer service and tour delivery and can expect to supervise from 10-25 people, depending on the tour.
Requirements:Minimum 3 years working in industry with emphasis in operations and guest servicesMinimum 2 years’ experience managing staffDesire to develop a career at Icy Strait PointProficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, and aptitude for learning other computer programsValid drivers license and ability to be on company insuranceOutstanding customer service philosophy and practicesHigh school or equivalent education with college degree preferred
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:Able to lift 30 pounds, stand for extended periods, and walk 5 miles dailyWilling to live in a remote, rural communityComfortable traveling by small plane or ferry to and from a remote settingAble to walk and/or drive on gravel roads in inclement weather
