Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid position based in the Atlanta/Sandy Springs, GA area for a Property Casualty Insurance Account Manager. In this role, you will work collaboratively with brokers to manage client relationships, facilitate insurance documentation, and deliver risk management solutions. Responsibilities include supporting brokers in negotiating insurance policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards, assisting with claims processes, coordinating renewals, and providing personalized support to clients to help them address their unique insurance needs. Direct placement of insurance is not performed; instead, the focus is on supporting brokers and clients throughout the insurance lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Property and Casualty Insurance, risk assessments, and insurance policy management.
- Experience in customer service, client management, and fostering long-term relationships.
- Skilled in documentation processing, claims management, and compliance with insurance regulations.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools related to insurance and client management.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the senior housing or healthcare industry is a plus.
- Licensing in Property and Casualty Insurance or the ability to obtain licensing is required.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in high-pressure environments.
