Terra Commercial Property Services is seeking a relationship-driven Portfolio Account Manager – Property Services to own and grow a portfolio of property management and real estate clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, builds strong partnerships, and knows how to turn day-to-day service work into long-term client value.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts—driving revenue growth, strengthening relationships, and ensuring service delivery is executed at a high level. This position sits at the intersection of client relationships, field operations, and business development.

Compensation

$50,000 – $60,000 base salary performance-based bonus


What You’ll Do

Portfolio Ownership & Growth

  • Own and manage a portfolio of property management and real estate clients
  • Serve as the primary relationship lead and trusted advisor for assigned accounts
  • Identify and develop opportunities for recurring services, maintenance programs, and project work
  • Drive revenue growth through consistent engagement, site visits, and proactive planning
  • Support estimating, scope development, and proposal coordination
  • Maintain strong client retention, satisfaction, and account expansion


Client Relationship Management

  • Conduct regular on-site and virtual meetings with property managers
  • Review open work orders, completed projects, service quality, and upcoming needs
  • Develop a deep understanding of each property, client priorities, and operational challenges
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure timelines, expectations, and service standards are met
  • Support onboarding of new clients and expansion within existing portfolios


Field Engagement & Operational Support

  • Perform routine property visits and job walks to assess conditions and identify opportunities
  • Work closely with technicians and field leadership to align scope, execution, and documentation
  • Act as a bridge between clients, field teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Support quality control efforts and help resolve service-related issues

Technology & Process Enablement

  • Support adoption and usage of field service technologies and mobile applications
  • Assist with training and reinforcement of systems for work orders, inspections, and documentation
  • Help improve workflows, reporting, and operational efficiency
  • Ensure accurate job records, photos, and documentation to support billing and performance tracking
  • Provide field-informed feedback to enhance systems and processes


What You Bring

Required

  • Experience in maintenance, facilities, property services, construction, or trade environments
  • Background in account management, sales, or revenue-generating roles
  • Strong understanding of field operations and service workflows
  • Comfortable operating on job sites and collaborating with technicians
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized, proactive, and results-driven
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to support mobile and web-based platforms
  • Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel up to 50%


Preferred

  • Experience working with property managers, HOAs, multifamily, or commercial portfolios
  • Exposure to platforms such as ServiceTitan, Jobber, Quickbase, or similar tools
  • Experience supporting process improvements or system implementations
