Order Selector / Picker/ Warehouse Associate

**Job Summary:**
Humano, a third-party warehouse provider, is seeking Warehouse Order Selectors / Pickers to join their team. The selected candidates will be responsible for accurately and safely hand selecting orders using electric pallet jacks or forklifts within various warehouse environments. This position offers a pay range of $17.00 - $22.00 per hour based on daily productivity metrics and provides benefits including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.

**Shift Information:**
Sunday 2:00pm until work is completed, Monday-Thursday 4:00pm until work is completed

**Responsibilities:**
- Operate electric pallet jacks or forklifts to hand select orders
- Stack products on pallets following operating procedures
- Stage pallets for loading at assigned dock locations
- Maintain selection rates per temperature zones
- Shrink-wrap products to secure loads for transit, manually or using shrink-wrap machines
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience as a warehouse order selector or picker preferred
- Familiarity with operating electric pallet jacks or forklifts
- Ability to work in various warehouse temperature environments
- Physical strength and stamina to lift up to 55 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order selection
