**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 1 year experience in warehouse supervision
- Experience in 3PL environments
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, focusing on order selection and logistics
- Develop and implement warehouse policies to optimize efficiency
- Monitor key performance indicators to improve warehouse performance
- Lead and mentor warehouse personnel to ensure a productive team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes
