Job Summary
The Center Manager is responsible for working with the Executive team (VPs, CEO, HR) to oversee the clinical and administrative aspects of the practice, including practice profitability, revenue goals, overall satisfaction, leadership, patient care, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Directs the internal practice operations; creates benchmarks, tracks and reports progress, research process improvements/efficiencies, recommends and implements changes.
- Works closely with the Medical Director, practice supervisors, and the Regional Director, to ensure appropriate levels of competencies, skill levels, educational and experiential backgrounds.
- Works with staff supervisors, Medical Director and HR to address personnel issues.
- Works respectfully with management, staff, patients, and vendors; handling escalated issues as needed.
- Monitors monthly statistical reports, practice trends, and develops actions plans accordingly.
- Participate in new business development when appropriate.
- Maintains complete knowledge of office services, equipment, and manual systems.
· Maintains strict patient and associate confidentiality in compliance HIPAA guidelines.
- Serves as a role model, by demonstrating exceptional ability to take on additional responsibilities.
- All other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Prior leadership experience in a Managed Care Industry is required; requires a minimum of 5 years in combination with meeting education requirements.
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
- Experience with eCW strongly preferred.
- Managed Care experience preferred.
- HEDIS/MRA experience preferred.
