About the Role:

The Housekeeper at Humanitary Medical Center plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors. This position involves performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure that all areas of the facility meet high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. The Housekeeper will be responsible for following established protocols and procedures to effectively manage cleaning supplies and equipment. Attention to detail is essential, as the role directly impacts the overall patient experience and the operational efficiency of the medical center. Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to speak and understand English and Spanish.
• Demonstrated manual dexterity and physical capability to perform cleaning tasks.
• Experience in following oral and written instructions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in patient rooms, restrooms, and common areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. in the following areas:
  • Pharmacy area
  • Medical record-referral
  • Costumer services.
  • Physical therapy.
  • Dental office.
  • Social Services.
  • Coding and billing dep.
  • Accounting.
  • Admin
  • Office manager office.
  • Waiting time area
• Follow oral and written instructions to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used efficiently and stored properly.
• Respond to urgent cleaning requests in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks as needed.
• Conduct basic mathematical computations for inventory management and supply ordering.

The required skills are essential for the Housekeeper to effectively communicate with team members and understand instructions, ensuring tasks are completed accurately.
