Location: Houston, TX (77019, 77063, & 77008) – Travel between all three office locations is required.

What You'll Do
As the Team Lead, you'll oversee the daily operations of our front office and clinical support team while working closely with providers and leadership to deliver an outstanding patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support Chiropractic Assistants and front office staff.
- Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring new employees.
- Ensure efficient daily operations across multiple clinic locations.
- Monitor patient flow and maintain an exceptional patient experience.
- Resolve patient concerns professionally and effectively.
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, and workflow coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and clinic procedures.
- Support providers and leadership with operational initiatives.
- Maintain accurate patient records and office documentation.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture.
QualificationsRequired
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a chiropractic office.
- Previous experience as a Chiropractic Assistant, Lead Chiropractic Assistant, or similar role within a chiropractic practice.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Experience using EMR/EHR systems.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between all three clinic locations.
Preferred
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience.
- Associate degree or healthcare-related education.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Please note: This position requires direct chiropractic industry experience. Applicants without prior experience working in a chiropractic clinic will not be considered.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
