- Process accounts payable invoices accurately and timely
- Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices for approval and payment
- Manage vendor records and maintain accurate account information
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Process and monitor payments through the RAMP payment system
- Enter and maintain financial transactions in Microsoft Solomon
- Assist with monthly closing activities and account reconciliations
- Prepare reports and documentation for audits and financial review
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and accounting procedures
- Communicate professionally with vendors and internal departments
- Support additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned
- Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
- Experience using Microsoft Solomon
- Experience with RAMP expense/payment management platform
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
