Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mental Health Clinician role located in Idaho Falls.
Human Dynamics & Diagnostics is a leading provider of mental health services in Idaho Falls and Salmon, Idaho. We are seeking LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, or LMFT clinicians to provide mental health counseling in our Idaho Falls office. Eligible applicants must have strong clinical skills, excellent organizational and documentation skills, and a desire to continue to learn and grow in the mental health field. Pay is 50% of collected reimbursement (ranging from $40-$91 dependent on the payor source) for each session billed for LPC and LMSW. LCSW, LCPC reimbursement is 50%-60% of the reimbursement rate ($45-$109/session). Clinicians receive 3 weeks of paid time off after full-time status is achieved. We are seeking applicants who can add to and expand our therapeutic services, which include play therapy, trauma recovery, cognitive behavioral therapies, family therapy, and couple’s therapy. Our team is highly collaborative. Clinical supervision is provided.
