What are the responsibilities and job description for the QC Technician position at Human Bees?
The QC Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining product quality and compliance with industry standards by performing routine inspections, tests, and measurements. This position supports continuous improvement efforts and ensures adherence to quality control processes within the production environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
- Assist in identifying non-conformances and implementing corrective actions
- Support adherence to safety and quality standards during all phases of production
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory and inspection equipment
- Participate in continuous improvement and root cause analysis activities
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 years experience in quality control
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of Quality Control Procedures and Laboratory Techniques
- Familiarity with Measurement and Inspection methods
- Understanding of Statistical Process Control and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis
- Strong Attention to Detail and adherence to Safety Standards
