What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Operator 2nd shift position at Human Bees?
- Operate and monitor various manufacturing equipment, stamping presses.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers to ensure product specifications are met.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and tooling to maintain optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues using logic controllers and mechanical knowledge to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment within the warehouse.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while operating machinery.
Experience
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably as a Manufacturing Operator or similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience operating CNC machines, stamping presses, or other manufacturing equipment.
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and tooling techniques is essential.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
