Overview
Hulu Health is looking for a reliable and organized Medical Biller / Front Desk team member to support medical billing, front desk, patient services, and daily clinic operations.
The ideal candidate should have medical office or billing experience and be comfortable assisting in different areas of the clinic as needed.
Responsibilities
- Assist with medical billing, insurance verification, prior authorizations, claim follow-up, denials, and payment-related tasks
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with patient check-in/check-out
- Collect copays, deductibles, balances, and self-pay payments
- Assist with medical records, patient documents, and other administrative duties
- Support daily front desk and clinic operations
- Assist providers and staff with basic clinic support as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned based on daily clinic needs
Qualifications
- Medical billing or medical office experience preferred
- Front desk experience preferred
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Able to multitask and work in different areas of the clinic
- Willing to learn and take on additional responsibilities as needed
Pay
Starting pay is $15.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.
Final pay will be discussed during the interview. Pay increases may be considered based on performance and demonstrated ability.
