What You’ll Do
* Conduct behavioral assessments and create child-centered treatment plans
* Implement evidence-based ABA interventions
* Supervise and support RBTs and therapy team members
* Partner with families to ensure consistency and progress
* Monitor and adjust interventions based on each child’s needs
* Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with BACB guidelines
Qualifications
* BCBA certification (required)
* Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
* Experience working with children and families (preferred)
* Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical skills
* A genuine passion for helping children grow and succeed
