Schedule
- Clinic hours: Monday – Friday
- Work hours:
- 4 days → 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 1 day → 11:30 AM – 7:15 PM
What You’ll Do
As a BCaBA, you’ll work under the supervision of a BCBA to:
- Provide behavior-analytic services in home, clinic, and community settings
- Assist with treatment plans, assessments, and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Support & supervise RBTs with feedback and training
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress
- Collaborate with families and team members for consistent care
- Maintain ethical, high-quality ABA practices
Qualifications
- Active BCaBA certification (BACB)
- Bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- 6 months of experience with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation
Preferred:
- Experience with ABA data platforms (Motivity, Aloha)
- Supervising RBTs/BTs
- Knowledge of Michigan Medicaid/insurance documentation
- Bilingual (Spanish preferred, but not required)
