Schedule

  • Clinic hours: Monday – Friday
  • Work hours:
  • 4 days → 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • 1 day → 11:30 AM – 7:15 PM

What You’ll Do

As a BCaBA, you’ll work under the supervision of a BCBA to:

  • Provide behavior-analytic services in home, clinic, and community settings
  • Assist with treatment plans, assessments, and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Support & supervise RBTs with feedback and training
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress
  • Collaborate with families and team members for consistent care
  • Maintain ethical, high-quality ABA practices

Qualifications

  • Active BCaBA certification (BACB)
  • Bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • 6 months of experience with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation

Preferred:

  • Experience with ABA data platforms (Motivity, Aloha)
  • Supervising RBTs/BTs
  • Knowledge of Michigan Medicaid/insurance documentation
  • Bilingual (Spanish preferred, but not required)
