Experienced Server – Fine Dining Steakhouse

We're looking for experienced, hospitality-driven servers who are passionate about creating unforgettable dining experiences and thrive in a fast-paced, upscale environment.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver warm, polished, and attentive service from the moment guests are seated until their final farewell.
• Guide guests through our menu with confidence, including prime steaks, seafood, handcrafted cocktails, curated wines, and daily features.
• Make thoughtful recommendations that enhance the dining experience while maximizing sales.
• Ensure food and beverages are served accurately, promptly, and to the highest presentation standards.
• Anticipate guest needs by maintaining tables, refilling beverages, clearing courses, and providing seamless, attentive service.
• Work closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, and support teams to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized section while upholding all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Process guest payments accurately and professionally.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous serving experience is required.
• Fine dining, steakhouse, or upscale restaurant experience is strongly preferred.
• Professional appearance and hospitality-first mindset.
• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with guests.
• Ability to stay composed and organized during high-volume service.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player who takes pride in their work.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
