What You'll Do
- Craft classic and signature cocktails with precision and consistency.
- Provide polished, engaging service to guests at the bar while creating a welcoming, high-end atmosphere.
- Execute bar tickets efficiently while working closely with the dining room and kitchen team.
- Guide guests through our curated selection of wines, premium spirits, cocktails, and featured offerings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service.
- Follow all New York State liquor laws and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Help deliver the elevated hospitality that defines the Hudson Valley Steakhouse experience.
What We're Looking For
- Previous bartending experience required.
- Fine dining, steakhouse, or upscale restaurant experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wine service, and premium spirits.
- Professional appearance with a confident, hospitality-first attitude.
- Ability to stay composed and organized during high-volume service.
- Reliable, punctual, and a true team player.
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
