We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead HVLG’s digital growth strategy across paid media and affiliate marketing channels. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and Pinterest, as well as managing our affiliate marketing program to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversion.

What you’ll do:
Paid Media Management
- Develop and execute data-driven paid media strategies across Meta, Google, and Pinterest for HVLG’s B2B and DTC audiences.
- Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and forecasting to maximize ROI and meet KPIs (revenue, lead volume, etc.).
- Strategize and execute campaign setup, targeting, creative testing, and audience segmentation.
- Continuously monitor and optimize performance based on analytics and insights.
Affiliate Marketing
- Manage HVLG’s affiliate program, including partner relationships, recruitment, and performance tracking.
- Develop promotional calendars and coordinate affiliate campaigns aligned with brand priorities.
- Analyze affiliate data to identify growth opportunities and ensure brand consistency.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, conversion rates, lead volume, and acquisition costs.
- Use insights to inform broader marketing strategies and creative direction.
- Collaborate with the marketing/creative services, business development, and upper management to align paid initiatives with overall marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team on revenue-driving strategies.

Position requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with hands-on management of paid media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Pinterest Ads.
- Experience managing affiliate marketing programs (e.g., ShareASale, Impact, Rakuten).
- Ability to create digital strategies from the ground up with minimal guidance.
- Hands-on experience with tech and tools in the paid marketing ecosystem, including brand monitoring, campaign management tools, and analytics platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Ability to commute to Wappingers Falls, NY 12590.
- US citizen or permanent resident (no Visa sponsorship available).
- Other duties as assigned.
