We’re looking for a Paid Media Manager to lead HVLG’s paid media strategy and execution across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Pinterest. This role is responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling full-funnel campaigns that drive qualified traffic, lead volume, and ecommerce revenue across both B2B and DTC audiences.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is data-driven, organized, and excited to continually test, learn, and improve performance.
What you’ll do:
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- Own the paid media roadmap across Google Ads (Search/Shopping/Display/YouTube), Meta, and Pinterest
- Build and manage campaigns end-to-end: structure, targeting, budgeting, creative testing, and optimization
- Manage budgets, pacing, forecasting, and performance reporting to hit KPIs (ROAS, CAC, revenue, lead volume, CVR)
- Lead ongoing audience and creative testing (messaging, formats, landing pages, funnel strategy)
- Monitor and diagnose performance trends; identify opportunities to scale what’s working
- Partner with creative/marketing teams to develop ad concepts and provide clear performance feedback
Measurement, Insights & Reporting
- Track performance across channels and communicate insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with analytics partners to ensure tracking accuracy (GA4, pixels, conversion APIs, UTM governance, etc.)
- Translate data into actionable recommendations for channel strategy, creative direction, and website optimization

Position requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with hands-on management of paid media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Pinterest Ads.
- Strong communication and project management skills; able to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Experience managing affiliate marketing programs (e.g., ShareASale, Impact, Rakuten) is a plus.
- You are a professional & positive person who is comfortable working with a team and independently.
- Ability to create digital strategies from the ground up with minimal guidance
- Hands-on experience with tech and tools in the paid marketing ecosystem, including brand monitoring, campaign management tools, and analytics platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- US citizen or permanent resident (no Visa sponsorship available).
