What you’ll do:

Creative Direction & Strategy

  • Collaborate with in-house and external partners to execute photo, video, and design assets that meet brand and performance goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing, product design, and sales teams to align creative direction with broader business objectives.
  • Present creative concepts and campaign ideas to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure design solutions support strategic initiatives across multiple channels, including digital, print, social, and retail.

Brand Stewardship & Quality Control

  • Maintain a high standard of design quality across all creative deliverables.
  • Review and approve final creative assets and artwork, ensuring accuracy and consistency in branding and messaging.
  • Create, update, and maintain brand standards, templates, and visual guidelines for all HVLG materials.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive design, and visual culture to ensure HVLG remains a leader in design innovation.
