Role Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Insurance Sales Executive to build their sales buisness with a captured real estate office referral source. Our real estate partner, Howard Hanna, is the largest residential real estate brokerage in NY by closed units. This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Sales Executive at Hudson United Insurance Services and Howard Hanna Insurance Agency, located in Glens Falls, NY, with flexibility. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and managing insurance sales, building and maintaining real estate client relationships, and identifying insurance new business sales opportunities. Day-to-day activities include conducting client consultations, working with realtors, offering tailored insurance solutions, negotiating policies, and meeting sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams and delivering exceptional customer service are integral to this role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and business development
- Strong client relationship management skills and excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of insurance products and the ability to negotiate policies effectively
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and standard office software
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in the insurance industry
- Licensing in Property and Casualty Insurance (or willingness to obtain)
