Business Development Executive – Midlands / West of Ireland
About the Company
Our client is a market leader in Insulated Concrete Formwork (ICF) – delivering high-performance, energy-efficient building systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. As the construction sector shifts toward sustainable methods, they are at the forefront, providing practical solutions, technical expertise, and trusted support to architects, developers, and contractors nationwide.
The Role
This is a growth-focused position, responsible for developing and converting new business opportunities across the Midlands and West of Ireland. You’ll engage directly with architects, developers, and contractors, advising on the technical and commercial benefits of ICF systems while driving targeted marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities.

Advise clients on the technical aspects of ICF systems.

Collaborate with contractors at pre-construction and on-site stages.

Support marketing activities, including CPDs, events, and digital campaigns.

Negotiate effectively and close sales in line with agreed margins.
What We’re Looking For

Strong network in the Irish construction industry, ideally with contacts in small, medium, and large firms.

Proven ability to self-manage and work autonomously to deliver growth targets.

Track record of working effectively with contractors both on-site and pre-construction.

Commercial acumen with the ability to understand project margins and close sales.

Familiarity with ICF or willingness to develop deep product knowledge.

Strong communication and presentation skills.
