Hudson Springs Nursing & Rehab is hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeping & Laundry Aide to support resident safety, comfort, and dignity through high-quality environmental services. This role is essential to infection prevention, maintaining a clean care setting, and ensuring linens and resident laundry are handled with care and confidentiality.

Clean and disinfect resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas using approved products and processes
Follow infection control, PPE, and safety procedures at all times (including isolation/precaution rooms as assigned)
Perform routine and terminal cleaning tasks per facility schedules and standards
Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and deliver facility linens and resident personal laundry according to protocol
Use proper bagging, labeling, and separation practices to prevent cross-contamination
Safely operate commercial washers/dryers and other equipment; report equipment issues promptly
Maintain a clean, organized laundry and housekeeping area; restock supplies and report low inventory
Report maintenance concerns, spills, safety hazards, or unusual conditions immediately
Protect resident privacy and confidentiality while working in resident care areas
Hours: 40 hours/week
Status: Part-Time, every other weekend

Prior housekeeping and/or laundry experience preferred (long-term care, hospital, assisted living, or hotel)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning and infection control procedures
Dependable attendance and ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
Ability to work respectfully around residents and families in a care environment
Experience with commercial laundry equipment is a plus
