Bakery Team Member
Hudson Baking Co. – Kuna, Idaho
We’re a small, family-run, long-fermentation sourdough bakery and café focused on local ingredients, great coffee, and genuine hospitality. We’re looking for a Bakery Team Member who loves people, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating a warm, welcoming space for our community.
What You’ll Do
Customer Service & Front Counter
- Greet every customer with kindness and care
- Take orders, answer questions about our breads, pastries, and menu
- Learn our products so you can genuinely help customers choose what they need
- Keep the front counter and pastry case stocked and organized
Coffee & Drinks
- Make espresso drinks consistently (training provided)
- Brew drip coffee and maintain coffee equipment
- Support our organic, small-farm coffee program with attention to quality
Food Handling
- Prepare and assemble sandwiches
- Restock pastries and retail shelves
- Keep all food areas clean, safe, and organized
Cleaning & Daily Tasks
- Wipe counters, sanitize surfaces, sweep/mop as needed
- Light dishwashing and trash runs
- Help with opening and closing tasks depending on your shift
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, positive personality
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a busy environment
- Good communication and teamwork
- Can lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet during the shift
- Previous barista or food service experience is helpful but not required — we will train you

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
Work Location: In person
Salary : $14 - $16
