Role Description
The Crisis Program Supervisor is an on-site, full-time role located in Columbus, OH. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations of the crisis program, supervising a team of staff, ensuring the successful implementation of program goals, and maintaining high-quality services for youth in need. Duties include case management oversight, staff training, program evaluation, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. The Supervisor will also work closely with external stakeholders and community partners to advance the goals of the program and provide direct support for clients as needed.
Essential Responsibilities
Administrative Operations
- Oversees daily administrative functions, including scheduling, data entry, records management, and internal communications.
- Ensures timely and accurate completion of program documentation, reports, and data tracking.
- Maintains and monitors electronic record systems to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Implements administrative workflows and process improvements.
Staff Supervision
- Supervises part time staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Provides ongoing coaching, support, and accountability to ensure high-quality clinical intervention.
- Assists in workload distribution and coverage planning to maintain program efficiency.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensures program practices meet regulatory, accreditation, and funding requirements (e.g., Medicaid, grants, audits).
- Conducts routine audits of documentation, files, and data systems for accuracy and completeness.
- Supports preparation for internal and external audits and reviews.
Program & Operational Support
- Supports program leadership with reporting, data analysis, and operational coordination.
- Tracks program metrics, productivity, and key performance indicators.
- Assists in budget tracking, purchasing, and resource coordination.
- Coordinates meetings, prepares agendas, and maintains records of key decisions and action items.
Communication & Coordination
- Serves as a liaison between staff and leadership.
- Supports onboarding processes, including system access, documentation training, and compliance requirements.
- Ensures clear and consistent communication of administrative policies and procedures.
