Commercial Loan Officer

Location: Fort Collins, CO
Pay Range: $41.00 – $51.00 per hour

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Loan Officer to join our team. This position is responsible for developing and managing commercial lending relationships, supporting an existing commercial loan portfolio, and identifying opportunities to provide clients with appropriate financial products and services.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing commercial loan portfolio.

• Develop new commercial lending relationships through business development, networking, referrals, and community involvement.

• Evaluate commercial loan requests and work with clients to identify appropriate financing solutions.

• Meet established sales, production, portfolio, and relationship-management objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong background and knowledge of commercial banking products and services.

• Existing commercial loan portfolio and established commercial lending relationships.

• Thorough understanding of applicable banking regulations, lending requirements, and compliance standards.

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial or business lending and servicing within a progressive and driven financial services organization.
