We are seeking an experienced commercial lending professional for a reputable credit union in Broomfield, CO. In this role, you’ll develop, manage, and grow a commercial loan portfolio by working closely with existing clients, potential new members, and referral sources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute strategic business development plans to meet lending goals
- Act as the face of our commercial lending services in the community and with members
- Build strong relationships with external partners to drive referrals and future growth
- Guide clients through the application process, ensuring all documentation is complete and communication is timely
- Remain informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive products
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver outstanding service and tailored solutions
- Cross-promote a range of financial products and services based on member needs
- Manage an active commercial portfolio and maintain high standards of compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business, finance, or related field
- 3–5 years of successful experience in commercial or business lending and servicing within a progressive and driven financial services company.
- Proven track record in achieving sales goals and managing client relationships
- Deep knowledge of commercial lending products, services, and regulations
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
Other Details:
- Base salary is between $85,380 – $106,725 commission. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on factors such as relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, licensure requirements and/or skill level, and will be determined at the time of offer.
- Hybrid work options may be offered based on employee performance and role requirements.
