Experience with ERP system implementation or upgrades is a plus. SAP experience preferred.
Understanding of project accounting and cost control, ideally within the construction industry
Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

The Division Controller will oversee the analysis of the division's financial performance, including budget forecasting, managing financial reporting, conducting audits and assessments, compliance with industry regulations, evaluating workforce productivity, and implementing strategies to enhance operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring completeness, accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, maintaining internal controls and adherence to company policies.
- Supervise and mentor a small team of 2-3 accounting clerks, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain division budgets and forecasts and provide insightful variance analysis to leadership.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Engineers to support project budgeting and cost tracking.
- Prepare and review monthly journal entries and ensure proper documentation.
- Support internal and external audits, working with Corporate Finance and external auditors.
- Participate in the ERP system implementation project (SAP), ensuring it aligns with financial processes and provides accurate data for decision-making.
- Take on special projects and responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Any matter that may affect the interest of the company
