As a CNC Team Lead, you'll be a key technical contributor helping scale and optimize our high-volume, 24/7 manufacturing operation.
About the RoleJTEKT is looking for a hands-on Team Lead to guide our machining team on 3rd shift. In this role, you'll lead by example, keep production running smoothly, and support your team to deliver safe, high-quality, and efficient work every day.
What You'll DoLead and support your team on the shop floor.
Keep safety, quality, and production standards on track.
Assign schedules and step in to relieve operators when needed.
Run team meetings and keep records of daily operations.
Help identify training needs and support employee development.
Troubleshoot and solve process or product issues.
Drive improvements in quality, delivery, safety, and cost.
Prior machining experience and leadership skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours, overtime, and 3rd shift.
Knowledge of safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Comfortable using computers and inspection tools.
High school diploma or GED required.
Stand, bend, push, pull, and lift up to 40 lbs.
Work in a manufacturing environment with PPE (steel-toe shoes, safety glasses).
