National Sales Manager – RPO / Enterprise Workforce Solutions
Location: Flexible (Southeast preferred) | Travel Required
HTI is seeking a National Sales Manager focused on Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) sales to drive enterprise growth across complex workforce solutions.
This is a high-impact, hunter role responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new RPO partnerships with enterprise clients. You will engage C-suite and senior HR leaders to design customized talent acquisition strategies that solve complex hiring and workforce challenges.

What You’ll Do
Drive New RPO Business
- Identify and pursue enterprise RPO opportunities across target industries.
- Build executive relationships with CHROs, VPs of HR, and C-suite decision-makers.
- Develop outbound strategies that generate high-value RPO pipeline and new leads.
- Own the entire enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution.
Lead Consultative Workforce Solution Sales
- Conduct discovery with executive stakeholders to uncover complex talent acquisition challenges.
- Design custom RPO solutions and workforce strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal experts to develop executive-level proposals and presentations.
Close High-Value Deals
- Manage multi-stakeholder buying environments and long sales cycles.
- Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and deal strategy.
- Drive deals to close while ensuring profitability and delivery alignment.
Support Strategic Account Growth
- Partner with operations teams during RPO implementation and client launch.
- Maintain strategic client engagement to identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities across workforce and HR solutions.
What Makes You Successful
- Proven RPO sales or workforce outsourcing sales experience
- Strong consultative enterprise sales approach
- Ability to navigate complex, multi-level buying committees
- Confidence presenting to C-suite executives and senior HR leaders
- Strong pipeline discipline and CRM management (HubSpot preferred)
- Excellent business storytelling, negotiation, and deal strategy skills
Required Experience
- 5 years selling Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), outsourced recruiting, or workforce solutions
- Demonstrated success selling complex staffing or HR outsourcing services
- Experience closing deals with CHROs, VP HR, or senior executive buyers
- Bachelor’s degree required
Preferred Experience
- Experience selling enterprise RPO engagements
- Background in HR consulting, workforce strategy, or talent acquisition outsourcing
- Industry certifications related to staffing, recruiting, or HR
