Calling all Staffing Sales Leaders – HTI wants you! We’re hiring a high-energy, growth-driven Head of Sales & Marketing to lead revenue strategy for one of the Southeast’s top staffing and workforce solutions partners.
If you’re a proven staffing industry sales leader who knows how to win new business, grow accounts, and build powerhouse teams, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Lead
- Own all sales strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion
- Drive new-business acquisition grow legacy client relationships
- Build & coach a high-performance sales team
- Oversee forecasting, pricing, pipeline management, and GTM strategy
- Strengthen HTI’s brand through events, partnerships & community presence
- Collaborate with senior leadership to hit aggressive growth targets
What You Bring
- 5–10 years of sales leadership in staffing, recruiting, HR services, or managed services (REQUIRED)
- Proven success hitting/exceeding revenue goals
- Experience leading multi-location sales teams
- Strong negotiation, executive communication & client relationship skills
- Knowledge of staffing sales cycles, pricing models & competitive positioning
