CNC Programmer (1st Shift - Direct Hire)
We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to support operations across multiple machining areas, including Green Machine and other production zones. This role requires strong programming, editing, and hands-on machining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit, optimize, and troubleshoot CNC programs to ensure efficient production
- Set up and operate CNC machines, including Okuma, Nakamura, Fanuc, and Haas equipment
- Interpret technical drawings and CAD models to develop accurate machining programs
- Utilize SolidWorks and Fusion software for programming and design support
- Collaborate with production teams to improve processes and maintain quality standards
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer (required)
- Strong knowledge of CNC machine operations and programming
- Experience with Okuma, Nakamura, Fanuc, and Haas controls preferred
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and Fusion
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Compensation & Details:
- Pay: $30 - $42/hour (depending on experience)
