Business Systems Analyst

What You Need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of experience in business systems analysis, ERP administration, or a similar role
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
- Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools
- Experience supporting ERP systems in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, operations, and supply chain processes
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to lead projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Odoo or another ERP platform
- Python scripting experience
- Knowledge of HTML and REST APIs
What Your Role Will Look Like
As a Business Systems Analyst III, you'll serve as the bridge between business operations and technology, helping improve processes, optimize ERP functionality, and deliver data-driven solutions that support the business. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, implement system enhancements, and ensure business systems effectively support day-to-day operations.
In this role, you will:
- Lead cross-functional process discovery sessions to document and evaluate current workflows
- Design and implement future-state processes that improve efficiency and productivity
- Translate business requirements into ERP functional solutions
- Create process documentation, workflow diagrams, and standard operating procedures
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Analyze business data using SQL and relational databases to support decision-making
- Lead system enhancement and continuous improvement initiatives from planning through implementation
- Mentor junior analysts and provide support to business system users across the organization
