Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve quality issues related to components and assembly processes
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support quality objectives for body exterior systems
- Focus on areas including trim, decals, bumpers, latches, and sealing
- Review incoming warranty claims data and categorize issues accurately
- Evaluate customer and dealership feedback to identify concerns
- Contact dealerships for parts and repair diagnosis as needed
- Participate in customer follow-up to clarify feedback and issues
- Conduct root cause analysis on returned parts
- Develop interim containment actions and permanent corrective actions
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (4-year accredited program)
- Approximately 5 years of experience in Product Development, Quality, Program, or Manufacturing
