Cyber Threat Management Senior Specialist
Overview / Summary
We are seeking a Cyber Threat Management Senior Specialist with 7 years of experience in a relevant field and a Bachelor's degree. This role focuses on advanced threat analysis, security operations, penetration testing, incident management, DevSecOps, identity security, cryptographic governance, and AI/Generative AI security.
This is a remote role.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute threat modeling and attack vector analysis to quantify risk.
- Analyze global intelligence data to inform security protocols and architectural standards.
- Utilize advanced monitoring tools to track operational performance and security threats.
- Automate system health and compliance checks.
- Manage the full penetration testing lifecycle, including scoping, execution, ethical hacking, and reporting of high-impact remediation measures.
- Translate complex vulnerability data into business risk for non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide cost-benefit analysis for proposed security controls.
- Lead the triage and remediation of security incidents.
- Coordinate across teams to mitigate the impact of cyber and insider threats.
- Drive the deployment of automated security scans and MFA solutions.
- Interface with development teams to integrate security into full-stack deployments.
- Architect and implement encryption standards and procedures for a multi-platform, diverse systems environment.
- Lead security assessments for GenAI, LLMs, AI agents, and ML platforms.
- Perform threat modeling, AI red teaming, and adversarial testing.
- Design and implement AI security controls, including guardrails, RAG security, identity protections, monitoring, and governance.
- Integrate AI security into DevSecOps and MLOps pipelines.
- 7 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Cybersecurity experience.
