- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Conduct requirement workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions.
- Create BRD, FRD, user stories, workflows, and use cases.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Support testing activities, including UAT and validation.
- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of business objectives.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Experience conducting workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions.
- Knowledge of BRD, FRD, user stories, workflows, and use cases.
- Experience collaborating with development, QA, and project management teams.
- Ability to perform gap analysis and support process improvement initiatives.
- Experience supporting UAT and validation activities.
- Strong coordination and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
