Office / Showroom Support Specialist

Job Overview
HT Glass is a well-established local glass and window shop serving a large regional area with two convenient locations. We are seeking a reliable, organized Office / Showroom Support Specialist to join our growing support team in our Minocqua location.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, can juggle multiple tasks at once, and remains focused in a fast-paced, sometimes noisy office environment.

Position Overview

As the first point of contact for our customers, this role is critical to creating a positive experience. You will support daily office operations, assist customers in the showroom and over the phone, and help keep our scheduling and order systems running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in showroom customers

• Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally

• Schedule installation and field measurement appointments

• Perform accurate data entry into our customer order system

• Support the sales and service teams with administrative tasks

• Maintain organization in a busy, high-traffic office environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills

• Strong ability to multitask and prioritize work

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office with frequent conversations and background noise

• Computer proficiency and data entry accuracy

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor

Work Environment

This is a very active office with constant phone calls, customer interactions, and team communication. The ability to stay focused and organized amid distractions is essential for success in this role. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
