Responsibilities
- Deliver client education and enrollment assistance, answer customer service calls, support claims inquiries, process applications within deadlines, and follow up on missing information with clients and agents
- Enter and maintain client information in AgencyBloc, ensure accurate data entry, manage application/brochure supplies, and participate in mail/phone rotation when required
- Handle assigned projects—including lead list management, weekly reporting, and marketing activities—and attend required meetings and training events
- Associate degree preferred with 2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Insurance agency and sales support experience strongly preferred, including familiarity with basic insurance forms, terminology, and customer service practices
- Must hold a WI Life, Health & Accident license along with required carrier‑specific and Marketplace certifications, or be willing to obtain
- Proficient in Word, Excel, AgencyBloc, Outlook, Canva, and internet navigation
