What You Will Do:
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems (AC/DC circuits, motors, VFDs, control panels)
- Diagnose issues on PLC-controlled equipment and automated machinery
- Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control layouts
- Support PLC and HMI troubleshooting and system improvements
- Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliability
- Partner with engineering and production teams to optimize system performance
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement lasting solutions
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and LOTO requirements
What You Bring:
- Associate degree or technical certification in Electrical or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience
- Strong experience with PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and automation systems
- Solid understanding of motor controls, VFDs, and power distribution
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently
- A safety-first mindset with strong attention to detail
