Is this you?

• Can you set up a production line end-to-end, run it to spec, and shut it down safely?
• Do you keep precise records (GDP) and hit quality standards consistently?
• Are you confident on a forklift or pallet jack and comfortable with RF scanners?
• Do you notice ways to boost safety, ergonomics, and throughput?

What you will tackle

• Execute line setups, operations, and shutdowns according to SOPs and the daily plan.
• Produce to specification while meeting labor and efficiency goals.
• Document all required quality checks using Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Keep the area audit-ready with 6S lean organization and routine cleaning.
• Operate material handling equipment: forklifts, pallet jacks, barrel handling tools.
• Help manage warehouse organization and inventory counts with RF guns.
• Comply with safety and environmental health procedures; strictly follow PPE requirements.
• Label products and build pallets to standardized patterns.
• Assist with moving equipment and configuring lines between product runs.
• Take on other assigned tasks as needed.

Schedule and compensation

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Mon–Wed); 6:00 AM – 11:30 AM (Thu) — $21.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Mon–Wed); 6:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Thu) — $21.50/hour

What it takes to succeed

• Endurance for 12-hour shifts across 3.5 days weekly; available for overtime on Thursdays and/or Fridays.
• Reliable, on-time attendance for scheduled shifts.
• Self-directed work habits and comfort with minimal supervision.
• Collaborative approach and clear communication in a team environment.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• High school diploma or GED; or relevant manufacturing experience.
• Preferred: 6 months with packaging machinery, especially in food or feed manufacturing.
