What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at HRmango?
HRmango is hiring a full-time in-bound Customer Service Representative to work for a local company in Providence, RO. Our client sells signage and printers. They are an excellent company to work for with room for growth.
You will be responsible for taking in-bound calls from active clients. You will need to provide answers to their questions and help as much as possible.
Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Help clients with billing or product questions
- Proactively communicate via phone and e-mail. Maintain customer data, notes, and templates
- Receive, enter, track and manage new orders
- Initiate resolution of customer complaints by entering them into our complaint tracking system (ETQ). Investigate and resolve customer complaints originating in the CS department
- Follow all environmental, health and safety protocols.
Required Education, Skills, Knowledge and Experiences:
- 1 years' experience in a customer service job required
- Outbound sales call experience is a bonus
- Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to be articulate, diplomatic and professional
