Coshocton Lumber is looking for a dependable Yard & Delivery Helper to support daily operations across the yard, mill, and deliveries. This is a great role for someone who enjoys physical work, being part of a team, and having a variety of responsibilities throughout the day.

What You’ll Do

• Load and unload lumber, building materials, and supplies
• Assist customers with locating and loading materials
• Organize and restock materials in the yard
• Keep yard areas clean, safe, and organized
• Assist in the mill with cutting, preparing, and staging materials
• Operate tools and equipment (training provided)
• Help prepare orders for delivery or customer pickup
• Ride along on deliveries to help load, unload, and verify materials
• Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner on job sites
• Assist in-store with customer service or tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable and willing to learn
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Basic math or measurement skills are helpful
• Experience in construction, yard, warehouse, or delivery is a plus

Schedule

• Full-time
• Some Saturdays may be required
• Overtime may be available based on business needs

Work Environment

• Combination of outdoor yard work, indoor mill work, and deliveries
• Active role requiring standing, walking, lifting, and movement throughout the day
