Retail Graphics and Signage Coordinator

Hartville Hardware – Middlefield, Ohio
Monday through Friday | Approximately 28 hours per week

Position Overview:

The retail graphics and signage coordinator is responsible for maintaining and producing in-store signage and supporting marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has an eye for design, strong organizational skills, and a passion for creating and engaging retail experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Signage Creation & Management:

• Update and maintain in store signage, including pricing, promotional, and directional signage
• Ensure all signage is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with our brand standards.
• Coordinate the creation, printing and installation of all graphics.
• Regularly update signage to reflect current sales, promotions, and product information.
• Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and store leadership teams to execute campaigns and promotions.
• Manage timelines and prioritize multiple graphic requests in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Maintain organization of digital design files, templates, and print assets.
• Maintain inventory of signage supplies (e.g. paper, ink, and hardware materials) monitor stock levels and reorder to ensure timely execution of signage updates.

Marketing Support:

• Assist with in-store and community marketing initiatives, including event promotions and social media support.
• Coordinates with marketing team on relevant advertising initiatives.
• Partner with support teams to create and distribute promotional materials for sales, special events, and new product arrivals.
• Support digital marketing efforts by providing in-store content for online promotions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Must have basic graphic design experience in Adobe Creative Suite.
  Experience in signage creation and marketing is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and able to manage multiple projects at once.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Fast-paced retail setting with a combination of hands-on work and computer-based tasks.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with various teams.
• Ability to run and maintain a large format printer/plotter.
• Frequent standing, lifting, and ability to climb ladders to install and organize graphics.
