Kitchen and Bath Project Sales Specialist
Position Overview:
As a Kitchen and Bath Project Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in guiding clients through the process of planning and purchasing kitchen and bath projects. This role emphasizes project sales, product selection, and client consultation to ensure customers find the best solutions for their remodeling or new construction needs. You will leverage your product knowledge and industry expertise to provide an exceptional customer experience while managing projects from initial consultation to final product selection and purchase.
Responsibilities:
Client Consultation & Sales
- Engage with clients to understand their needs, budget, and project goals for kitchen and bath renovations or new construction.
- Provide expert guidance on product selection, including cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, and accessories.
- Prepare and present customized project solutions that align with customer preferences and functional requirements.
- Assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions by explaining product benefits, installation requirements, and cost considerations.
Project Management & Coordination
- Oversee the sales process from initial consultation through final product purchase, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Conduct site visits as needed to assess space dimensions, verify project details, and provide accurate product recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and installers to ensure timely product availability and smooth project execution.
- Monitor project timelines, communicate updates to customers, and address any challenges that arise.
Product Knowledge & Customer Support
- Stay up to date on industry trends, materials, and innovations in kitchen and bath products.
- Educate clients on available options and recommend solutions that best fit their style, budget, and functional needs.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in kitchen and bath sales, project management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of cabinetry, countertops, plumbing fixtures, and related products.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and client expectations.
- Proficiency in sales and order management software (experience with 20/20 Design software is a plus but not required).
Education & Work Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, interior design, or a related field is a plus.
- Relevant experience in kitchen and bath sales or project coordination preferred.
- Ability to work a minimum of one closing shift until 7 PM and Saturdays on the sales floor.
