Kitchen and Bath Sales and Design Specialist
Position Overview:
As a Kitchen and Bath Sales and Design Specialist, you will be a key partner for clients navigating kitchen and bath renovations or new construction. This role focuses on project-based sales, product selection, and client consultations, ensuring each customer receives personalized support and expert guidance from initial concept through final product purchase. Leveraging your industry knowledge and customer service skills, you will help create spaces that reflect both function and style.
Responsibilities:
Client Consultation & Sales
- Engage with clients to understand their goals, budget, and design preferences for kitchen and bath projects.
- Offer expert advice on product selection, including cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, and accessories.
- Present customized solutions tailored to client needs and project scope.
- Support informed decision-making by explaining product benefits, installation requirements, and pricing.
Project Management & Coordination
- Manage the sales process from first consultation to final product order, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
- Conduct site visits as needed to gather accurate measurements and assess project feasibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and installers to ensure timely delivery and project coordination.
- Track project milestones, maintain clear communication with clients, and address any issues that may arise.
Product Knowledge & Customer Support
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of kitchen and bath trends, materials, and innovations.
- Educate clients on available options that align with their style, budget, and practical needs.
- Provide responsive and thorough customer service, ensuring a positive experience throughout the entire process.
Qualifications:
- Experience in kitchen and bath sales, project management, or a related customer-focused role.
- Strong knowledge of cabinetry, countertops, plumbing fixtures, and design solutions.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with sales and order entry systems; experience with 20/20 Design software is a plus.
Education & Work Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in interior design, business, or related field is a plus.
- Relevant experience in project-based sales or kitchen and bath coordination preferred.
- Availability to work at least one closing shift (until 7 PM) and Saturdays on the sales floor.
Salary : $50,000 - $75,000
