Culinary Role Overview
This role involves working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. As a Line Cook, you'll have the opportunity to develop your culinary skills while working closely with our experienced team. We're looking for someone who can take initiative, think on their feet, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Your main responsibilities will include meal preparation and assigned kitchen duties, such as planning and preparing various food items and meals for hotel restaurant and catering functions. You'll need to understand food cost and portion control without sacrificing quality, assist with quality and presentation issues, cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and the restaurant, accommodate guests' special requests, maintain clean work area, and assist with inventory, ordering and receiving of all Food & Beverage items as directed.
